I have used some recipes and alot of suggestions from the book. It has helped me a lot with my way of eating.
Just another cookbook written with a different format
Annoying, poorly written, multiple mistakes in text. I threw it away.
I just wish they would say how many servings per recipe and then I would give it 5 stars.
Confusing! I'm really bummed about & disappointed with this book. Is it for stict or less-restrictive paleo diet? How many servings are the recipes?? This is my biggest complaint! Some breakfasts / dinners look like 4 servings, & lunch looks like 2....or am I to eat both ham/egg "muffins"??? How much of the Bannana Loaf am I to eat?? If I make the salmon dinner on page 28--32 ounces--what do I do with the leftovers? None of the meals make use of previous preparations. I didn't see typos & left out ingredients per other reviews (Maybe this is a newer edition?), but did see spacing mistakes.
Best diet I have ever been on. Lots of good recipes. In three weeks have lost 14 pounds. Never hungry, no feeling of being deprived. I have more energy.
